Military Friendly® Employers are Supporting the Military Community

In this time of unprecedented uncertainty, service members who are transitioning from the military in pursuit of rewarding civilian careers are wondering more than ever if Military Friendly® Employers are still hiring. Tens of thousands of recent veterans are also looking for new career opportunities with organizations dedicated to providing long-term sustainable opportunities for the military community.

We asked, and they answered. A majority of the Military Friendly® Employers who responded to our survey said they are “full-steam ahead” hiring transitioning service members, veterans, and their families.

Nearly 90% of respondents are still hiring and recruiting our nation’s veterans and their families. Over the next couple of days we are going to highlight these companies. Here are the first five:


Lowe's Companies Inc.

Three positions they are hiring:

  • Job #1 : Sales Associate
  • Job #2 : Stocking & Receiving
  • Job #3 : Cashiers
